Rates and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Single Supplement: An additional 50% single supplement will apply to single room occupancy.
Minimum stay of 2 nights over a weekend.
Payment to secure your reservation
Please can you make the following payments/deposits:
(Deposit 50% on confirmation, and the balance of 50%, 1 month prior to arrival, unless your reservation falls within the 1 month prior to arrival, or sooner, then the full amount is due before arrival at the lodge.)
Our Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the following rules shall apply:
More than 30 days prior to arrival – 0% cancellation fee
8 – 30 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee
7 days or less days prior to arrival – 100% cancellation fee
In the event of no-shows or premature departures we will be obliged to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.
Cancellations must be done in writing.

Nambiti Conservation Levy – $ 14.07 per person per day. (Subject to change at the game reserves discretion.)
Please note children 4 years and older are allowed, on game drives if they are always under adult supervision.
(This is subject to change at the Mangers and Ranger’s discretion.)
Child minding facilities are available during game drives and meals. – Please note these ladies, are superb at looking after children, but they are not professional babysitters.
A separate children’s menu will be available at the lodge.
We do have a cot available.
